About our office :

Our office is a dynamic and growing Law office, made up of bright and creative young lawyers. Based in West Jakarta, it was founded by CHAIRUL AMAN in 2009 and the commitment of our CAP Law office is to understand and focus on what clients need. By providing the best legal services, CAP's law office will assist clients in protecting their businesses from all legal challenges anywhere in Indonesia. The combination of experienced and dedicated team members will go to great lengths to ensure that clients' legal problems will be resolved effectively. 

Scope :

Areas of practice CAP LAW OFFICE is Case hkum generally included covering Debt Restructuring (PKPU and Bankruptcy), Corporate, Intellectual Property Rights, Property Law, Family Law and Criminal Law.

Vision and Mission :

To become an advocate and practitioner who excel in protecting the client's business from bankruptcy and financial problems or problems of other companies as well as private problems of the client can be solved well, measurable, and memproleh maximum results. 

System payment of fees in CAP Law office :

1. Hourly Charges System : This is the most common method our office uses to charge clients a fee. In this system we bill the client for the actual time spent by our attorney assigned to the case ;
2. Project Cost System : This system will benefit clients for transactions that are usually standard and can be measured easily. In this system we will quote a lump sum for the entire project with a breakdown of the scope of work covered. Any work outside the scope of work or time outside the restricted limits will be charged separately. In order to set a suitable lump sum fee, we first need to know the scope of work required by the client.
3. Retainer Fee System : In this system the client pays us a fixed monthly / yearly retainer , which will allow the client to use our service up to a predetermined time limit during the retainer period . Any time outside the stated limit will be subject to an additional fee based on the applicable hourly fee of the attorney handling the case (but at a pre-agreed discount). This system will provide clients with huge savings if we are used effectively. Details more about the settings will be regulated in the legal services agreement. Please note that all of the above fee systems require clients to pay their own expenses (eg travel costs, call charges or long distance file transfers, photocopying, fax, etc.).

1. Chairul Aman., SH., MH. is the Founder and Managing Partner of the CAP Law office . Obtaining a Bachelor of Law (SH) from YARSI University in 2006, Chairul aman SH., MH. successfully obtained his Master of Law (MH) degree in 2013 from the Islamic University of Jakarta.

Chairul aman SH., MH. which has a lot of p engalaman in law and specializes in bankruptcy cases, debt restructuring companies, litigation generally, and commercial problems of other companies, started his career at the office kukum Law office DMM & Partners in 2009 as a lawyer and in 2018 became curator and the Board of member of the Association of Indonesian Curators and Administrators (HKPI) .

The track record of Chairu l is safe, SH., MH. has been recognized for his involvement in several projects and public cases as below:
