Chairul aman., SH., MH. is the Founder and Managing Partner of the CAP Law office. Obtaining a Bachelor of Law (SH) from YARSI University in 2006, Chairul aman SH., MH. succeeded in obtaining a Master of Law (MH) degree in 2013 from the Islamic University of Jakarta.

Chairul aman SH., MH. who has a lot of experience in the field of law and himself in bankruptcy cases, corporate debt restructuring, general litigation, and other corporate commercial issues, started his career in the law office of the DMM & Partner Law office in 2009 as an advocate and in 2018 became a Curator and Management of members Indonesian Curators and Administrators Association (HKPI).
